Job Description

UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer should be able to execute:

Collaborate with end users and developers to understand user specifications and create intuitive user flows and wireframes.
Design visually appealing interfaces, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility principles.
Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and ensure user-centric design decisions.
Create user personas, storyboards, and user journey maps to define the end-to-end user experience.
Develop high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
Ensure that all elements of the system user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Style Guide Development - 2 - 4 Years
