Your Impact

As the Manager, Client Insights on the Lowe's Media Network (LMN), you will lead a team of analysts responsible for delivering strategic insights and measurement solutions for LMN clients. You will serve as the connective link between Sales, Account Management, Media Planning teams to ensure resources are aligned to the highest-priority business opportunities and client needs.

You will translate client business objectives into strategic learning agendas, guide the development of actionable insights and recommendations, and ensure the delivery of compelling data-driven stories that drive business growth. As a client-facing category leader, you will help shape measurement strategy, elevate the voice of our advertiser clients, and position LMN as a trusted strategic partner.

What You Will Do

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of global analysts responsible for client media measurement, insights, and strategic reporting.
• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Media Planning teams to prioritize work, allocate resources, and ensure delivery against client expectations and business objectives.
• Translate client business goals, marketing objectives, and key questions into strategic learning agendas and measurement plans that balance frequency, depth, and business impact.
• Serve as the senior escalation and consultation point for complex client analyses, recommendations, and strategic narratives.
• Ensure insights and recommendations are actionable, aligned to client objectives, and grounded in sound analytical methodologies.
• Drive consistency and excellence in storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level communication across the team.
• Act as a category expert and trusted advisor, bringing forward relevant business, customer, and category insights to help clients grow their business at Lowe's.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources and measurement solutions into clear, strategic recommendations for future investment and optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally to influence reporting capabilities, measurement offerings, and future roadmap priorities based on client needs and market trends.
• Represent the Client Insights function in leadership discussions, helping shape the strategic direction of LMN's measurement and insights offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 5 Years Experience in insights and analytics
• 3 Years Experience in retail media or general media analytic
• 3 Years Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
• 3 Years Experience story-telling with data and to present data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
• 3 Years Experience A/B testing
• 3 Years Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• 3 Years Experience in working with such tools as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools
  

Preferred Skills/Education

• Master’s degree In a related field (e.g. Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)

• Leading teams and proven business impact
• Experience managing global teams
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annually
