Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on sales, education, and enrollment for DSNP Medicare members Guide individuals through understanding their Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility Meet performance expectations related to sales goals, call quality, and schedule adherence Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience Comfortable working across multiple software systems Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
