Job Description
*Description*
Conduct a detailed analysis of leadership development curriculum by mapping core people leader skills to individual learning modules and assessing proficiency levels. Review facilitator guides, participant learning materials, proficiency frameworks, and supporting reference documents to complete skills analysis and summary documentation. Utilize standardized AI-enabled validation processes and approved prompts to verify findings and ensure consistency. Document proficiency ratings by module and provide outputs that enable leadership teams to identify capability gaps and align content to the enterprise skills model.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze leadership learning content and map skills to curriculum modules.
Assess and document proficiency levels for each skill.
Complete analysis and summary documentation.
Apply standardized AI validation processes to confirm skill mappings.
Collaborate with program leaders to support enterprise skills model alignment and gap analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve learning coverage across core leadership competencies.

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
